AUTHENTIC BAKELITE MULTI RINGS NECKLACE AppleJuice Swirl

Fabulous and authentic Bakelite multi rings necklace. the rings are very translucent with the colors of apple juice, orange/red, rust/brown swirls...a hard color to describe but very beautiful. The way this was put together was that each ring was cut and then fitted to the other rings. Each ring measures 1 in. in diameter. Measures 16 1/2 in. Simichrome tested +. Could use a slight cleaning. Super condition.

Outstanding & Unusual Yellow Cherries Cherry BAKELITE PIN BROOCH

Here is a wonderful Bakelite Cherries Pin in an unusual color. This one is typically done in an overwash for the stump and red for the cherries....but this one is done in all creamy yellow. Pin is all original (all pieces are original to the piece) except I have professionally restemmed it, since typically the stems had frayed and some of the cherries had fallen off. Now it is strong and perfect for wear. It measures 2 in. across x 2 1/2 in. from top of stems to bottom of cherries. No chips or cracks on this beauty.

OUTSTANDING Multi Color BAKELITE PIN BROOCH Ovals & Dangle Balls

Really fabulous Bakelite geometric dangling pin with solid ovals in shades of cream corns and yellows and multicolor balls in red, green, sunshine yellow, black, orange and olive/ khaki all dangle from an ivory celluloid oval chain. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs (a couple of little spots on the bar pin part, so it could use a little cleaning). Locking clasp works well. Authentic 1930s Bakelite.

OUTSTANDING BAKELITE BUTTON BALL NECKLACE

Here is a fabulous necklace comprised of 46 Bakelite ball buttons in 2 sizes and red beads. The buttons are side drilled and therefore every two lay end to end making the necklace very chunky. and the different colors will change to the top as it is twisted. A gorgeous mix of all the colors of the rainbow and very wearable with anything. Only the second one I have made so you will not see yourself coming and going....it will go with all your outfits and all your other bakelite jewels! A true deco era colorful statement. Measures 18 1/2 in. Great condition.

Unusual Deep Carved Bakelite Turtle / Tortoise Solid Perfume Pin

Wonderfully unusual and possibly rare vintage Bakelite carved turtle pin with a surprise. It opens up to reveal a small compartment for solid perfume. It is a lovely root beer color made to look like tortoise shell. He has little carved eyes, back, legs and feet. There is a lot of detail here.  No chips, cracks or repairs. it is in wonderful condition and hinge and clasp work great as well.  Measures 2 3/4" long.

Lovely BAKELITE GEOMETRIC NECKLACE Red/Blue/CrmCorn

Fabulous and unusual shape in this vintage necklace. The cream corn pieces are actually 2 pieces that fit together to make the bead. I have tried to show that in the pictures. These pieces are separated by red and blue moon beads. The blue and the cream corn test absolute + for Bakelite, but I could not get a + reaction from the red beads. Although I have had this happen to me before on certain red Bakelite. The necklace is absolutely vintage and has been professionally restrung so you can wear it without worry. The necklace measures 21 in. Condition is excellent with no chips or cracks. It is absolutely beautiful in person, better than the pictures could depict.

3 Color Polka Dots BAKELITE BANGLE BRACELET

I’ve had this beautiful Bakelite Bangle Bracelet for quite some time and couldn’t decide if I could part with it, but now is the time to see if it goes to another loving home. It has nine small dots in 3 alternating groups of red, blue moon and turquoise on a very creamy corn bangle that measures 3/4 in. wide with 1/4 in. walls and a 2 1/2” wide wrist opening. Dots measure 3/8 in. in diameter. Tests + with simichrome and hot water tests. No chips or cracks. A couple of the dots seem to be inlaid a teeny bit lower than the others, but it is hardly noticible...just wanted to mention that...It is just fantastic!

New Old Store Stock...West German made and marked. These are really fantastic Bakelite era Carmen Miranda type fruits on a hat earrings. The hat is made of orange straw and the fruits appear to be some kind of plastic I think. They are in mint unworn condition purchased from a closed department store in Georgia. They measure 1 1/2 inches in diameter. They make a classic 1940s statement.

Here is one OUTSTANDING Bakelite bangle bracelet. The color is rare in a peach which I believe from the look of the patina it was originally pink. WoW! Gorgeous BAKELITE Multi-Colored Bead Necklace

Here is really fantastic multi-colored beaded Bakelite necklace. The bead colors are red, black, green, cream corn and apple juice. I believe the beads measure approx. 12 mm. It has been restrung and it is much studier and there will be no fear of it breaking when wearing it. It measures approx. 21 inches long. Excellent condition.

Bakelite era Nylon Lucite PIN MEXICAN MAN w/ GUITAR

Very unusual 3-D vintage Bakelite era figural pin of a Mexican man serenading with his guitar . I believe these pins are made of either nylon or Lucite. His colors are pearlized magenta and pearl with nicely painted detail. Hard to find in this mint condition (looks like it was never worn). He measures 3 1/8 in. tall.

The picture just doesn’t do the color justice...It is a completely translucent caramel butterscotch color even though it may look opaque in the picture...it is not! This is one of those pieces that shows Bakelite/Catalin color at its finest! Carved by a 1930s artisan, this pin is not to be missed. It measures 3 in. x 1 1/4 in. x 1/2 in. thick. The pin was created in 2 pieces. the flowers and the leaves and then crafted together with screws. It has a 2 piece embedded pin back with a safety clasp. AJ BAKELITE ? ACORN & LEAF CHARM BRACELET

Here is a fabulous vintage plastic apple juice color rhinestone encrusted (all are present and sparkle) acorn charms bracelet. The acorns and leaves all dangling from a celluloid chain (the clasp appears newer). The acorns appear to be Bakelite, but did not pass the Simichrome  test. The leaves did test positive with Simichrome to be Bakelite. This is a pretty fabulous piece in excellent condition. Chain measures 8 in. long.
